Listen to Audio Briefings of Accounts Before Your Provider Visits

With Briefings, you get personalized audio briefings that include visit history, prescribing trends, and key talking points. Listen to these briefings on the go in the Life Sciences Cloud Mobile app and walk into every visit fully prepared.

The Briefings Icon

Tap the Briefings icon in the top-right corner of the Life Sciences Cloud Mobile app to access your daily account briefings. The icon is visible throughout the app, so you can open your briefings from anywhere.

The Mini Player

The mini player is a compact audio player that appears at the bottom of your screen when you tap the Briefings icon. Tap the play button to play the audio briefing to start. The remaining briefings play sequentially, and the mini player displays the currently playing track's name, date, and time. You can control playback without leaving your current view, so you can keep listening while you review account details or check your schedule. You can also hide the mini player. Audio continues playing through your remaining briefings and stops after the last one.

Now Playing Screen

The Now Playing screen is a full-screen audio player that opens when you tap the mini player. The screen displays a complete playlist of your daily account briefings under All Tracks. The currently playing track is highlighted at the top with a progress bar showing your position in the briefing. Each track in the playlist displays the track name and duration. Tap any track in the playlist to jump directly to that account's briefing.

Note Your playlist is configured to match your visit schedule for the day. For example, if your calendar has 5 visits scheduled today with doctors 1 through 5, the tracks in your playlist play audio briefings in the same order, from doctor 1 through 5.

Icon	control	Description
	Previous	Play the previous track in the playlist.
	Pause	Pauses the current audio briefing.
	Play	Starts or resumes the current audio briefing.
	Next	Skips to the next track in the playlist.
	Stop	Stops playback and resets the current track to the beginning.
	Hide	Dismisses the mini player. Audio continues playing in the background.
	Hide Player	Closes the Now Playing screen and returns to the mini player.
