Version 264.3.0

This patch contains fixes to ensure that the Life Sciences Clouds for Customer Engagement features work correctly.

Feature Issue Description
Activity History Selecting a survey record in the Activity Timeline opened the offline survey response page instead of the main survey response view. Selecting a survey record in the Activity Timeline now opens the standard survey response page.
Setting the Activity Timeline filter to Mine failed to filter email activities, continuing to show emails sent by other users. The filter in the Activity Timeline now applies to email activities, showing only emails sent by the active user.
Activity Plan The search field and the Select button in the Accounts section overlapped, making controls difficult to use. Adjusted control spacing in the Accounts section so the search field and the Select button are clearly separated and easy to use.
Enablement Coaching Connecting an external keyboard caused a blank area to obscure the assessment screen and hide the Submit button. Assessment screens now render correctly with external keyboards connected, keeping the Submit button visible and accessible.
Event Management Active event subjects were excluded from search results if their start or end date was blank, even when the subject applied during the event dates. Subject search now includes active subjects whose date range overlaps the event, including subjects with open-ended start or end dates.
Adding a colleague participant to a managed event failed with an error due to a reference to a deprecated field. Adding colleague participants to managed events now references active invitation quota fields, preventing errors.
Required compliance statement warnings didn't appear when an event was missing a selected compliance statement. Required compliance statement warnings now appear whenever a required statement isn't selected for an event.
Adding attendees to a managed event failed with an error stating that default participant role-to-type mappings weren't configured. Adding event attendees now correctly recognizes configured participant role-to-type mappings.
Creating a visit from a managed event displayed inconsistent attendee selection columns across different views. TThe attendee selection window now displays consistent columns.
When a managed event was in the Execute status, actions to add non-profiled or write-in attendees were missing from the Attendees tab. Actions to add non-profiled and write-in attendees now remain available on the Attendees tab when an event is in the Execute status.
General The signature section header on the visit details tab displayed an internal component name instead of its localized label. The signature section header now displays its localized label instead of the internal component name.
Empty page-layout sections appeared during Account Plan Objective creation instead of staying hidden until after saving the record. Empty page-layout sections remain hidden during record creation and appear only after saving the record.
Intelligent Content Standard content-tracking records were saved without a tracking type or content details, preventing standard interactions from being properly categorized. Content-tracking records now save with the correct tracking type and details so engagement data is recorded accurately.
Inquiry Offline validation rules referencing lookup fields compared record IDs against display names, incorrectly blocking valid user actions. Offline validation rules now evaluate stored lookup values correctly, preventing valid user actions from being blocked.
Inventory Management The Return to Sender window allowed users to save records without completing required fields and hid custom fields added to field sets. The Return to Sender window now enforces required fields before saving and displays custom fields added to field sets.
Entering an actual count of zero during an inventory count cleared the remaining batch quantity and marked the item inactive. Entering an actual count of zero now records remaining batch quantity as zero and keeps the batch item active.
Notifications App alert dismissal reasons appeared in inconsistent font sizes and longer reasons were cut off, so the full text wasn't visible. App alert dismissal reasons now display in a consistent font size and show full text descriptions.
Synchronization Management When Enhanced Sync was enabled, the visit engagement screen failed to show sample limit popovers for samples and direct-to-practitioner items. Sample limit popovers for samples and direct-to-practitioner items now appear consistently on the visit engagement screen when Enhanced Sync is enabled.
Offline filters targeting specific record IDs failed to sync the specified records to the device. Offline filters targeting specific record IDs now process correctly so targeted records sync as expected.
Enabling Enhanced Sync caused certain content to fail to load and display error prompts. Content now loads consistently without errors when Enhanced Sync is enabled.
Visit Management A participant couldn't be added to a visit due to a false conflict warning, despite having no conflicting visits. Each participant's visits are now checked individually, so those without conflicts can be added.
Launching future-dated remote visits without samples or direct-to-practitioner items was incorrectly blocked by a validation check. Validation checks now allow future-dated remote visits to launch without requiring samples or direct-to-practitioner items.
The In Progress and Completed survey status values on the Visit Surveys tab appeared in English regardless of language settings. All survey status values on the Visit Surveys tab now display in the user's configured language.

Version 264.2.0

This patch contains fixes to ensure that the Life Sciences Clouds for Customer Engagement features work correctly.

Feature Issue Description
Account Management On the Account Compliance screen, some text didn't display in the user's language. The Account Compliance screen now displays text in the user's language.
Account Summarization On the Provider Summary component in Spanish, the generated date and time displayed in English and US format instead of the user's local language format. The Provider Summary generated date and time now display in the user's local language format.
Event Management Managed Event records created on iPad didn't sync to the web, even though web records synced to iPad, so events created in the field weren't visible on the web. Managed Event records created on iPad now sync to the web, keeping events visible across devices.
A disclaimer configured as a compliance statement for Managed Events didn't appear on the sign-in sheet e-signature page before attendees signed. Compliance statements configured as disclaimers now appear on the sign-in sheet before an attendee signs.
Enablement Coaching On mobile, the Previous Evaluation Score didn't populate on a new Enablement Coaching record when Self-Evaluation and Acknowledgement were off, even though a matching prior evaluation existed and it worked on the web. The Previous Evaluation Score now populates from the matching prior evaluation on mobile, matching the web.
Saving an Enablement Coaching record failed with an unclear system error when the linked assessment definition had a future start date. Records tied to an assessment definition that isn't yet effective are now handled successfully, avoiding the error.
Intelligent Content On the New Presentations window, a label overlapped a button and some text didn't display in the user's language. The Presentations layout is fixed, and the screen's text now displays in the user's language.
Inquiry On the Inquiry screen, some picklist values and section labels didn't display in the user's language. Picklist values and labels on the Inquiry screen now display in the user's language.
Lists And Filters In the Accounts list's Create New Filter window, the Add button appeared in English for Japanese users even though the rest of the screen was translated. Now, the Add button in the Create New Filter window is also translated into Japanese, in keeping with the rest of text on the screen.
Mobile Sync When file attachment support was newly enabled, attached files didn't download in the same sync as their links and appeared only after another sync. Attached files now download in the same sync as their links, with no extra sync needed.
With enhanced sync, attached file content didn't download to the device, only the file details synced, so attachments couldn't be opened offline. Enhanced sync now downloads attached file content so attachments can be opened offline.
With enhanced sync, the app occasionally crashed on iPad while a delta sync was running. Enhanced sync is now stable and prevents the intermittent crash during delta sync on iPad.
Order Management When adding products from a previous quote to a new quote, each product's quantity reset to 1 instead of carrying over. Product quantities from the previous quote now carry over accurately.
The pricing waterfall display couldn't be scrolled, didn't show all pricing elements, and and would erroneously show a discount row even when that discount wasn't applied The pricing waterfall display now scrolls correctly, shows all elements, and displays only the discounts that apply.
Formula elements used in Order Pricing that applied the IsNotNull function didn't evaluate properly. The IsNotNull function now evaluates correctly.
When a custom field was added to quote line items, the products were removed from the quote after saving. Products now stay on the quote when custom fields are added.
When adding line items using Products from Last Order, more products were added than the confirmation message showed. Only the products indicated are now added to the quote.
Pricing calculations sometimes failed to save because required information was missing, so results weren't recorded. Pricing now includes the required information when saving, so results are recorded.
The Add Products screen took more than four seconds to load after field reps selected a price book when adding line items to a quote. The Add Products screen now loads immediately after a price book is selected. Previously, it took more than 4 seconds to load.
In the mobile pricing waterfall, per-unit discount amounts showed incorrectly for some pricing configurations, and a custom Minimum Net Unit Price setting wasn't applied. The pricing waterfall now shows accurate per-unit discount amounts and applies a custom Minimum Net Unit Price setting.
Ratings For account ratings, the doughnut rating colors were based on how full the ring looked rather than the actual score, so they could differ from the web. Doughnut rating colors now reflect the actual score, matching the web.
Search Before Create When selecting a record type for a Provider Affiliation record, all record types were listed instead of only the record type available to the field rep. The record type list now shows only the record types available to the field rep.
When creating a specialty, field reps weren't prompted to choose a record type even when more than one was available. A record type picker now appears when creating a specialty, respecting record type visibility.
Store Check After the Store Check Execution Tasks Sharing job ran, sharing records weren't created, so field reps couldn't see visit data captured by another field rep. The Store Check Execution Tasks Sharing job now creates sharing records so visit data is visible to other authorized field reps.
In translated orgs, photos added to a store check photo column were skipped and not captured. Store check photos are now captured correctly in translated orgs.
In Store Check, once a value was selected for a picklist-type KPI, there was no way to clear it. Field reps can now clear a selected value for picklist-type KPIs during store check.
After tapping Begin Visit, the Begin Store Check button was unresponsive for several seconds before field reps could continue. The Begin Store Check button now responds without delay after tapping the Begin Visit button.
Surveys After a completed survey was retaken and saved with new responses on iPad, reopening it still showed the original responses. Reopening a completed survey now shows the most recently saved responses.
Visit Management When a background sync finished while a visit was being edited, the app could create a duplicate visit instead of updating the existing one. An edit made after a background sync now updates the existing record instead of creating a duplicate.

Version 264.1.0

This patch contains fixes to ensure that the Life Sciences Clouds for Customer Engagement features work correctly.

Feature Issue Description
Event Management When Simplified Participant Type and Role Selection was enabled, type and role picklist fields on managed event participant records were not properly filtered by the managed event type, displaying invalid options. Type and role picklist fields on write-in, non-profiled, and participant edit forms are now correctly filtered by the managed event type when this org preference is active.
Selecting an account to update managed event attendees caused an error. Additionally, managed events failed to sync to the desktop site and did not show the stage path. Managed event attendee updates and event synchronization now work correctly on iPad. Field reps can update attendees and view events and stage paths on the desktop site.
Opening the write-in attendee window from the sign-in sheet hid the Sign button, preventing field reps from capturing a signature for a write-in attendee. The write-in attendee window now displays correctly when opened from the sign-in sheet, so the Sign button is visible and field reps can capture signatures.
Order Management When an org had more than six pricebooks, the pricebook selection screen did not respond to swipe gestures, preventing field reps from scrolling to select a pricebook or add products. The pricebook selection screen now responds to swipe gestures regardless of the number of pricebooks, so field reps can scroll through and select any available pricebook.
Quote pricing was recalculated only when saving a quote, preventing reps from viewing updated totals, net unit prices, and pricing details as they modified quantities, added or removed products, or edited header discounts. Instant pricing is now available on the iPad mobile app via an org preference. When enabled, totals, net unit prices, and pricing breakdowns recalculate in real time as reps edit quantities, products, or discounts, and pricing errors display immediately. When disabled, pricing continues to recalculate upon save.
Remote Engagement During a remote engagement visit, product detailing information entered in the product detailing flow was not saved when reps reached the Add Signature step, causing product details to be omitted from the visit record. Product detailing information is now saved correctly through the add signature step of a remote engagement visit, so the details are retained.
