Complete and Share a Coach Evaluation
Start the coaching workflow, record scores and response text, save drafts, and share final feedback. The applicable actions depend on the coachee's Self-Evaluation and Acknowledgement settings.

Start the Workflow
Move a planned event to the correct evaluation stage based on the coachee’s self-evaluation settings.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Enablement Coachings.
- Select an enablement coaching event that’s in Planned status.
- Verify whether a coachee is added to the enablement coaching.

Move the event to the next stage of the workflow.
- If Self-Evaluation is off, click Move to Evaluation In Progress.
- If Self-Evaluation is on, click Move to Self Evaluation.
Save Evaluation Progress
Record your scores and responses as a coach, and save the evaluation as a draft without advancing the event.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Enablement Coachings.
- Open an enablement coaching event that’s either in Self-Evaluation or Evaluation in Progress status.
- On the Assessments tab, select a score choice or enter responses for each applicable question.
- Save your changes.
Saving preserves a draft without changing the event status. When the Total Score setting is on, the total score appears only after you submit the evaluation.
During self-evaluation, you can continue your assessment without access to the coachees’ current responses. After the coachee completes the self-evaluation, the event moves to the Evaluation in Progress status
Share Final Feedback with Coachees
Finalize your evaluation to lock the responses and share the completed feedback with the coachee.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Enablement Coachings.
- Open an enablement coaching event that’s in the Evaluation in Progress status.
- Review your scores and responses.
- Record development plan information on the record page, if applicable.
- Click Finalize Evaluation.
When Acknowledgement isn’t enabled, the event moves to Completed status. When Acknowledgement is enabled, it moves to Feedback Review status.
