Before you set up and use Enablement Coaching, review these feature considerations and limitations.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.

Feature Limitations

Enablement Coaching doesn't support these capabilities:

  • Adding a second coach to an event
  • Reassigning a coach or a coachee after an enablement coaching event is created
  • Recalling or editing feedback after it's shared
  • Creating custom coaching statuses
  • Customizing the coaching statuses shipped OOTB
  • Generating AI-driven coaching comments

Calendar Behavior

Calendar previews for Enablement Coaching events are read-only. You can't perform these actions from Calendar:

  • Edit or delete an event
  • Mass-delete events
  • Drag and drop an Enablement Coaching event to reschedule it
