Provider Engagement Compliance
Provider engagement compliance is a regulatory support feature for the Japanese pharmaceutical market. It automates and tracks two mandatory processes: Early Post-Marketing Phase Vigilance (EPPV), which monitors new drug safety for the first few months of sales, and Medical Information Delivery (MID), which ensures the rapid delivery of urgent safety information to healthcare professionals (HCPs). Sales representatives conduct periodic visits (cycles) to healthcare organizations (HCOs) to collect safety data and deliver critical documentation.
