            Provider Engagement Compliance Flows

            Salesforce provides pre-built flows to manage provider engagement compliance. Customize these flows to work with the feature. Make sure to add time details for the flows that require to be scheduled.

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.

            Here’s the list of flows we ship with the product.

            Flow Description
            Update Assessment Task Updates an assessment task for a provider engagement compliance cycle based on visit completion and preferred channel criteria.
            Schedule Assessment Task Update Updates assessment task records on a schedule by running a batch job.
            Update Assessment Task On Visit Completion Updates assessment task records for provider engagement compliance when a visit record is completed.
            Manage Provider Engagement Compliance Action Plan Sharing Shares provider engagement compliance action plans and the related provider engagement compliance cycles and assessment tasks.
            Schedule Action Plan Sharing Runs the Action Plan Share batch job on a specified schedule.
            Manage Care Program Sharing Shares care program records for a specified care program by using a differential compare-and-sync approach.
            Schedule Care Program Sharing Runs the care program sharing batch job on a specified schedule.

            Schedule a flow by cloning the flow, adding the time details, and then activating the flow. See Flow Builder.

            Tip
            Tip You can create a custom record trigger flow on the Provider Engagement Compliance Cycle object to set action plan status to Completed. See Create a Record-Triggered Flow.
