Create Compliance Using Care Program To define a compliance program, create a care program, and associate it with a newly launched product. A compliance program is applicable for the territories that are assigned for the associated product.
Associate Target Accounts with a Compliance Program Create an association between a compliance program and an account. This association defines the territories and the accounts within the territories where the compliance program is applicable. You can associate only one compliance template with a care program.
Generate Compliance Cycles When sales representatives confirm delivery for a newly launch product to an HCO, generate compliance cycles for the HCO.
