Adding these fields to the page layouts make sure that users can successfully save records and comply with provider engagement requirements. - Configure Sharing Rules for Action Plan Templates
By default, action plan templates are design-time objects that only the record owner can access. To enable sales representatives and other internal users to view and use action plan templates for provider engagement compliance, configure sharing rules to grant broader access within your organization.
