Create a Lightning Record Page for Managed Events
Help users capture event-related information in one place by creating the Managed Event Lightning record page. Add tabs for the various Event Management components, such as expenses, logistics, and presentations.

- From the object management settings for Managed Events, select Lightning Record Pages.

To create the Managed Event record page, click New, and make the
following changes.
- In the Create a new Lightning page window, select Record Page, and then click Next.
- Enter a label, such as Managed Event.
- For Object, select Managed Event, and click Next.
- Select Header and One Region as the page template.
- Click Done.
- Drag the Highlights Panel to the header region.
- Drag the Tabs component to the editable part of the page.

Add a tab for expenses.

In the Properties pane, click Add Tab.
The standard Details tab is added by default.
- Select the standard Details tab.
- In Tab Label, select the dropdown next to Details, scroll to the top of the list, and then select Custom.
- Enter a custom label, such as Expenses.
- In the builder, drag the Expense Management custom component on to the Expenses tab.

In the Properties pane, click Add Tab.
- Similarly, add a tab for capturing event logistics information, and drag the Related List - Single component on to the tab.

In the Properties pane, make these changes.
- The default value for Parent Record is Use This Managed Event. Keep it as is.
- In Related List, select Managed Event Resources.
- The default value for Related List Type is Default. Keep it as is.
- Create a tab for presentations, and drag the Managed Event Presentations custom component onto the tab.
- Create a tab for event attendees, and add related lists for each participant type. See the Participant Recruitment Setup section for more information on related list setup for attendees, experts, colleagues, write-ins, and non-profiled participants.

Add the Compliance Statement component on the Managed Event record page.
- In the builder, drag the Field Events: Compliance Statements Lightning App Builder component onto an editable part of the page.

In Properties, for Compliance Statement Auto-Save Limit, enter a value, such as
5.
This setting determines the number of compliance statements that can be automatically saved in bulk.
Note If the number of compliance statements for a managed event is more than the auto-save limit, the Accept button appears and you can capture acceptance in bulk. If the number of compliance statements for a managed event is less than the auto-save limit, the Accept button doesn’t appear and you can capture acceptance individually. If the auto-save limit isn’t configured, the Accept button appears by default.
- Add the Life Sciences Event Workflow component onto the Managed Event record page.
- Save your changes.
- Click Activation.
- Click Assign as Org Default, and select Desktop and Phone.
- Click Next and save your changes.
