| Align Event Product With Subject Product | Apex Jobs | Determines the valid product set using the Subject Product records and reconciles Managed Event Product records with the Subject Product records by adding missing Managed Event Product records where they’re missing, and removing Managed Event Product records whose product IDs aren’t in the valid set. |
| Calculate Expenses Against Monetary Caps | Apex Jobs | Evaluates Provider Activity Goal Measure records of type Event Management Limit to find the number of Expense Participants records per account, and recalculates the committed, actual, estimated, and total expense amounts against the defined monetary limits. |
| Share Provider Activity Goals Based on Activity Plan Type | Platform Workflow Jobs | Share provider activity goals based on the related activity plan type. For activity plans of type Event Management Limit, the batch job shares the provider activity goals with the territories aligned with an account. For all other types of activity plans, the batch job shares the provider activity goals according to the activity plan’s record sharing settings. |
