Integration with Presentations
Let users view recommended, subject-specific presentations, and add the relevant material to present at an event.

Prerequisites
- Add the Managed Event Presentations Lightning App Builder component onto the Managed Event record page.
- Create dynamic picklist values for Subject Material Template’s Template Type field.
- In the Event Management profile-level admin console configurations, in the Presentation Subject Material Template Types field, select the custom value you created in the Subject Material Template’s Template Type field that represents presentations.
- Create presentations to add to your event. See Create and Manage Presentations for more information.
- Create a Managed Event record.
- Create a Subject record. Make sure the usage type is Managed Event.
- Create a Subject Assignment record.
Note Clickstream data is not tracked for event management presentations.
Create a Subject Material Template for Presentations
Associate a managed event subject with a presentation.
The Subject Material Template object serves as a junction between the Subject and the Presentation objects.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Subject Material Templates.
- Click New.
- Enter a name for the subject material template.
- Select the managed event subject you want to associate with a pesentation.
- For Template Type, select the value that represents presentations.
- For Template Reference, select Presentation, and then select a corresponding record.
- Save your changes.
