            Associate Plans and Tasks with a Visit

            Link your action plan and assessment tasks to a Visit record to mark them as complete.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
            User Permissions Needed
            To edit assessment tasks and action plans: Life Sciences Key Account Management permission set
            1. Associate an assessment task with a Visit record.
              1. From the App Launcher, find and select Assessment Tasks.
              2. Click Dropdown next to the Assessment Task record you want to update, and then click Edit.
              3. For Parent, select the Visit record the task is associated with.
              4. Save your changes.
            2. Associate an action plan with a Visit record.
              1. From the App Launcher, find and select Action Plans.
              2. Click Dropdown next to the Action Plan record you want to update, and then click Edit.
              3. For Target Reference Record, select the Visit record the plan is associated with.
              4. Save your changes.

            The action plans and assessments tasks appear in the Visit record’s related list.
