Från Appstartaren, gå till den kontoplanpost du vill lägga till deltagaren i.
På fliken Relaterat, under Kontoplandeltagare, klicka på Ny.
Välj en grupp eller individ som deltagare.
Välj kontoplanen.
Välj rollen för deltagarens användare.
Spara dina ändringar.
Tilldela en intressent till en deltagare
Stöd för korsfunktionellt samarbete genom att låta deltagare kommunicera direkt med intressenter i en kontoplan.
Att tilldela en intressent till en deltagare skapar en kopplingspost för kontoplandeltagare.
Sök fram och öppna den post för kontoplandeltagare som du vill tilldela en intressent till i Appstartaren.
I postens markeringspanel, klicka på Tilldela eller Avtilldela intressent.
Välj en intressent för kontoplan att tilldela till deltagaren.
Spara dina ändringar.
