Configure a Filter to Find Best Visit Times
To plan and schedule visits more effectively, let users filter an account by a healthcare professional's preferred engagement time.
Before you begin, select the Let users edit their best time option in your Best Time settings. Users can filter accounts by their best time only after you turn on this option.
- From the App Launcher, select Admin Console.
- Select Address Administration, and then select Best Time.
- Select whether to apply the settings to all the profiles in your org or to a specific profile.
- In the General Settings section, select Allow users to filter accounts by best time.
- Save your changes.
