          Manage Account List and Filter Actions

          Choose whether to let users select multiple accounts in the mobile app, export lists and filters, and run bulk actions.

          Export Account Lists and Filters on the Web

          1. From the App Launcher, select Admin Console.
          2. Select Lists and Filters, and then select Accounts List Actions.
          3. Select whether apply the settings to all the profiles in your org or to a specific profile.
          4. In the List Export section, select Let users export account lists to CSV files.
          5. Save your changes.

          Turn On Multi-Select Accounts in the Mobile App

          1. From the App Launcher, select Admin Console.
          2. Select Lists and Filters, and then select Accounts List Actions.
          3. Select whether to apply the settings to all the profiles in your org or to a specific profile.
          4. In the Bulk Action section, select Let users select multiple accounts.
          5. Save your changes.

          Turn On Bulk Visit and Email Actions

          1. From the App Launcher, select Admin Console.
          2. Select Lists and Filters, and then select Accounts List Actions.
          3. Select whether to apply the settings to all the profiles in your org or to a specific profile.
          4. In the Bulk Action section, select Let users perform account list actions on multiple selected accounts.
          5. Save your changes.
          6. From the App Launcher, select Admin Console.
          7. Select Quick and Custom Action Administration, and then select Quick Actions.
          8. Verify that the active standard actions for New Visit and Email have the location set to Search.
            If these actions aren't available, see Quick and Custom Action Management to create them with the action names New Visit and Email, and set the location to Search.

          Turn On Bulk Update Account Fields and Ratings

          1. From the App Launcher, select Admin Console.
          2. Select Lists and Filters, and then select Accounts List Actions.
          3. Select whether to apply the settings to all the profiles in your org or to a specific profile.
          4. In the Bulk Action section, select Enable users to update their accounts and related records in bulk.

            You can bulk update fields that apply to the account, healthcare provider, provider account territory information, and provider account product information objects. You can update up 10 100 in a single bulk action.

          5. Save your changes.
          6. To restrict the fields that users can bulk update, from the Object Manager, select an object.
            1. Select Field Sets, and then select the system-defined field set Bulk Update Allowed (API name: lsc4ce__BulkUpdateAllowed).
            2. Add the fields that users can bulk update.
              The fields available for bulk update also depend on the user's object and field-level access.

          Manage Individual Quick Actions in Account Lists and Filters

          To create more quick actions, see Quick and Custom Action Management. For standard quick actions, set the location to Search.
