Create a Predefined Filter
Let users view the Next Best Customer predefined filter so they can quickly identify recommended accounts, and specify the default snooze duration.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Admin Console.
- Select Lists and Filters, and then select Filters.
- Select whether to apply the settings to all the profiles in your org or to a specific profile.
- In the Next Best Customer Settings section, select Let users view the next best customer filter.
- To specify how many days to mute a snoozed account, enter a number in the Days to Mute field.
- Save your changes.
