          Create a Predefined Filter

          Let users view the Next Best Customer predefined filter so they can quickly identify recommended accounts, and specify the default snooze duration.

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Admin Console.
          2. Select Lists and Filters, and then select Filters.
          3. Select whether to apply the settings to all the profiles in your org or to a specific profile.
          4. In the Next Best Customer Settings section, select Let users view the next best customer filter.
          5. To specify how many days to mute a snoozed account, enter a number in the Days to Mute field.
          6. Save your changes.
