Set Up the Account Record Page for Medical Inquiries
Add tabs and Lightning components to the Account record page so that your sales
representatives and medical science liaisons can easily manage and track all inquiries related to
the healthcare professional in one place.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life
Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the
Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
User Permissions Needed
To set up the Account record page:
Life Sciences Commercial Admin permission set
Prerequisite: Before you add an Inquiry related list to the Account page, create a field set for the Inquiry object. Include fields
such as Name, Created Date, Response Contact Point Record, and Inquiry Channel Type in your
preferred order to define how they appear on the Inquiry related list.
From Setup, go to Object Manager, and select Account.
Under Lightning Record Pages, select the Account record page and click
Edit.
