Streamline navigation for your users by surfacing the Medical Insights Feed tab directly
within the Life Sciences Commercial app. To ensure seamless access, either set the tab as the
default view for relevant user profiles, or assign the appropriate permission sets to grant
visibility across the app.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life
Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the
Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
User Permissions Needed
To manage insights quick actions:
Life Sciences Commercial Admin permission set
Make the Medical Insights Feed tab for users by configuring Profiles.
From Setup, in the Quick Find Box, find and select Profiles.
Click Edit next to the profile you want to add the tab
settings.
For example, Field Sales Representative.
In the Profiles Setup page, under Tab Settings, select the Medical Insights Feed as
Default On.
Save your changes.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select
Users to assign the permission sets to show the Medical Insights Feed
tab in the app.
Users can access the Medical Insights Feed from the App Launcher.
