Manage Translations for the Life Sciences Cloud Mobile App
The Life Sciences Cloud Mobile app uses native Salesforce translation functionality. If
multiple languages are enabled in your Salesforce org, configure translations so that your
global users can access the app in their preferred language. Configure translations in
Translation Workbench, then generate a translation file for mobile users to download to their
devices.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life
Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the
Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
From the App Launcher, find and select the Life Sciences
Commercial app.
Click Admin Console.
Select Mobile and then select Metadata
Cache.
Locate the Standard Label Translations area and click Create Standard Label
Translations Document.
If the Last Refreshed Date is not set, the translation file isn't generated for the
first time.
Wait for the system to generate the file. A success notification confirms the
completion.
Generate a new metadata cache for the required profiles so the translations are
included in the cache.
