          Set Up Profile-Based App Settings

          Use profile-based application settings to configure parameters to customize Life Sciences Cloud Mobile app settings for specific profiles.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
          User Permissions Needed
          To configure profile-based settings: Life Sciences Commercial Admin permission set
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select the Life Sciences Commercial app.
          2. Click Admin Console.
          3. Select Mobile and then select Profile Based App Settings.
          4. For Apply Settings To, select whether you want to apply the settings to all the profiles in your org or to a specific profile.
            • To apply the settings to all the profiles in your org, select Org Default.
            • To apply the settings to a specific profile in your org, select Profile. If a Profile API name is changed, return to Admin Console > Profile Based App Settings and re-setup the app.
          5. To show tasks in the Kanban view for the selected profile, select Use kanban view for assessment tasks.
          6. To restrict the execution of batch jobs when the org is in maintenance, select Don’t allow batch job execution when the org is in maintenance mode.
          7. Enter the time interval in minutes for datetime fields in the Life Sciences Cloud Mobile app.
            For example, enter 10 to display 10-minute intervals in the datetime fields: 12:10, 12:20, 12:30.
          8. For Mobile App, select the Lightning App that you want to show by default for the selected profile.

            Note
            Note The Lightning app appears in the list only if the admin user has access to it. Console navigation isn’t supported in the Life Sciences Cloud Mobile app.
          9. To let users perform bulk edit operations, select Let users perform bulk edit.
          10. Save your changes.
