Add the Life Sciences Next Best Action Component to an Account Record Page
Schedule a visit or send an email directly from the Next Best Action
component on the Account record page. If a recommendation isn’t relevant, users can skip it
and provide a reason. When a user completes the recommended activity, the component updates
the recommendation record.

To add components to a record page:
Customize Application
On an account record page, click the Setup icon and select Edit
Page.
From the Components pane, in the Search field, enter Next Best
Actions.
From the left pane, drag the Life Sciences Next Best Action component to the Dashboard
tab on the record page.
Attention
Make sure that you select the Next Best Action component, not the Einstein Next Best
Action component.
Save your changes.
Activate the page.
