Schemalägg ett besök eller skicka ett e-postmeddelande direkt från komponenten Next Best Action på postsidan Konto. Om en rekommendation inte är relevant kan användare hoppa över den och ange en orsak. När en användare har slutfört den rekommenderade aktiviteten uppdaterar komponenten rekommendationsposten.

Lägga till komponenter på en postsida:
Anpassa applikation
På en kontopostsida, klicka på ikonen Inställningar och välj Redigera sida.
I rutan Komponenter i sökfältet, ange Next Best Actions.
Från den vänstra rutan, dra komponenten Next Best Action för biovetenskap till fliken Instrumentpanel på postsidan.
OBS
Se till att du väljer komponenten Next Best Action, inte komponenten Einstein Next Best Action.
Spara dina ändringar.
