with clear scoring, intuitive rationale explanations, and rich account insights on the Life
Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement home page.

Note If you’ve already added the NbcTopResults component to your home page, remove it before
adding the Life Sciences Next Best Customers component.
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life
Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the
Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
User Permissions Needed
To configure the Next Best Customer component, actions, and scores:
Life Sciences Commercial Admin permission set

Add the Life Sciences Next Best Customers component to the home page by using Lightning App
Builder. See Customize the Home
Page.
Update the component properties.
For Graph Name, select the name of the card-view type relationship graph.
For Total Cards, enter the number of cards you want to show on the home page. Enter a
value from 5 through 10.
Customize Next Best Customer Card Customize the record details you want to show on the next best customer card by defining the relationships between account-related objects using an actionable relationship center (ARC) graph.
Configure Quick Account Summary Add quick account summary to the Next Best Customer card so users can evaluate account recommendations at a glance, eliminating the need to navigate to rationale pages.
