Configure Disclaimer Filters

Make sure that field reps see the applicable disclaimer based on their account and territory when they create quotes.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
User Permissions Needed
To configure disclaimer filters: Life Sciences Commercial Admin
  1. From the App Launcher, select Admin Console.
  2. Select Orders Management.
  3. From the Quotes Document Settings tab, configure the disclaimer filter fields.
    • In the Territory Info field, select a field based on which disclaimers are filtered for a territory.
    • In the Account field, select a field based on which disclaimers are filtered for an account.
  4. Save your changes.
