Configure Product Views

Help field reps select products from product catalogs. This option is available only on iPad.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
User Permissions Needed
To configure product views: Life Sciences Commercial Admin
  1. From the App Launcher, select Admin Console.
  2. Select Orders Management.
  3. Select the Quotes and Pricing settings tab.
  4. Select whether you want the settings to be applicable to the entire org or to a specific profile.
  5. From the Product Views section, select the views from which field reps select products when creating a quote from iPad.
    You can select either Last Order or Store Assortment.
  6. Select the status that defines the status of the last order.
  7. Save your changes.
