A pricing recipe determines the pricing operations to run for quoted orders. A
default pricing recipe is an org-level pointer. Set the default pricing recipe one time,
after you activate your recipe, and update it whenever you switch to a different version.
When you change the default recipe, the new recipe applies to new quoted orders from that
point forward and doesn't reprice existing quotes.

Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the
Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
If you select Use null as a lookup value, when using the mobile app, field
reps must enter a value for fields that you mark as required. To allow a
null value for a field, configure the field as optional.
When using the web app, if you select Use null as a lookup value,
Salesforce handles the null value as an optional condition even when you
cofigure a field as required. So, field reps can ignore entering a value for
a field that you've marked as required.
Create a pricing recipe with the usage subtype set to Life Sciences Commercial.
See Pricing Recipes.
From the Price Adjustment Matrix tab, map a decision table to each pricing
element.
For example, select the List Price element for the Price Book Entries V2
decision table. When you configure the List Price element in a pricing
procedure, the Price Book Entries V2 decision table determines the product
prices.
Activate the pricing recipe.
Set one pricing recipe as default.
You can select only one pricing recipe as the default per usage
subtype.
Important If you edit a decision table used by your pricing recipe,
regenerate the metadata cache. Until you do, a field rep's iPad can show different
prices or discounts than the web for the same product.
