Create a Quote Document Template
Add a digital signature component to your quote document template so field reps can capture a customer's signature at the point of sale.

| To create a quote document template: | Life Sciences Commercial Admin Document Builder User |
- Create Default as a picklist value for the Digital Signature object for the Signature Type field
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find and select Document Builder.
- Click + New Template.
- Enter a name.
- Select Quote for Object, and click Next.
- Select Default Quote Template, and click Done.

Delete the existing signature component, and drag the Life Sciences
Flexi Signature component on the page.
Note Drop the component before the footer so it doesn't appear on every page. To show it on every page instead, drop it in the footer. - In the Signature Type field, select a signature type as Default.
- Save and activate your changes.
Create a quick action on the Quote page to generate PDFs using this template. See Add a Custom Action to a Page Layout.
Note The
quick action available for Revenue Cloud users to create PDFs don't generate PDFs
for Agentforce Life Sciences quoted orders.
