Order Management Flows
Agentforce Life Sciences includes pre-built flows that validate quote data, share quotes with territories, and control which products your field reps can add to a quoted order. Customize and activate each flow to match your order capture process.

|---|---|
| Browse Product Catalog | Shows a list of qualified products based on the selected territory when line items are added to a quoted order. |
| Build Product Details | Takes a set of inputs from a parent flow, calls an action to get qualified product IDs, and prepares the custom Apex output to pass back to the parent flow. |
| Generate Quote Document for Agentforce Life Sciences | Triggers quote PDF generation based on the Quote Document Creation event. |
| Set Quote Document Defaults | Sets the default signature ID for the signature component for Agentforce Life Sciences. Used to pre-populate the signature field on the quote document. |
| Share Created Quote | Shares a newly created quote with territories based on the related account's territory sharing configuration. |
| Share Quotes | Shares quote records with their territories on a recurring schedule. |
| Validate Mandatory Quote Fields | Validates that quote fields such as Account, Billing Contact Point Address, Shipping Contact Point Address, and Sales Transaction Type aren't empty when the App Usage Type is Life Sciences Order Management. |
