Price Waterfall
Price Waterfall shows a step-by-step breakdown of every pricing operation applied to a quote line item—list price, discretionary discounts, automated discounts, and net price.
Field reps can view this breakdown for previously submitted or web-created quotes by downloading the waterfall data, or for offline quotes, automatically. The Offline Pricing SDK calculates the waterfall locally on the device and uploads it to the org the next time the rep syncs. No manual download is required for offline quotes.
After setup, field reps tap the Net Unit Price on a line item to see the waterfall. A quote must have line items priced through a discount flow for the waterfall to be available.
Price Waterfall turns on automatically when you set up your org using Salesforce Go.
What Happens When You Turn Off Each Scope

| Price Waterfall (entire org) | The next time a field rep syncs their iPad, locally cached waterfall data gets removed, and the waterfall popover no longer appears for anyone. |
| Price Waterfall Persistence only (Price Waterfall stays on) | Field reps can still see the popover while online. Cached data gets cleared, and offline viewing stops working. |
| Price Waterfall for one user | The next time the relevant field rep syncs their iPad, the popover disappears for them only. Other field reps remain unaffected. |

Turn on Price Waterfall Persistence so iPads cache waterfall data locally, letting field reps view pricing calculations offline, after closing the popover, and whenever the app relaunches. Price Waterfall Persistence works only if you've turned on Price Waterfall.
