Configure a PDF template to generate PDFs after creating a quoted order. You can generate, view, and edit PDFs only from the web.
When a field rep completes a sale, they can capture customer's signature on the quoted order. Capturing the customer's signature gives a documented, formal record of who confirmed the order—for example, a pharmacy store manager confirming a purchase. Field reps can capture this signature directly from their iPad, whether they're online or offline.
When a field rep is offline, the device encrypts and stores the signature locally, then syncs it to Salesforce after connectivity restores. The signing experience is identical online and offline, so field reps don't need to change how they capture a signature based on connectivity.
