확인 모드가 전자 모드인 경우 확인 후 혜택 요약이 포함된 이메일이 환자의 헬스케어 전문가에게 전송됩니다.
필수 세부 사항이 누락되었거나 확인 모드가 수동인 경우 환자의 보험 제공자에게 누락된 세부 사항을 요청하는 이메일이 전송됩니다. 지불자 응답을 받은 후 혜택 요약이 환자의 헬스케어 전문가와 공유됩니다.
