            Follow these design recommendations when you create presentation source files for Life Sciences Customer Engagement so that your content doesn't conflict with player controls during presentations.

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.

            Reserved Regions in the Presentation Player

            The presentation player reserves certain regions of the page for navigation controls, reaction capture, and menus. Avoid placing interactive content in these regions, because player controls can overlap content or intercept taps. The regions that are active depend on your Salesforce admin's presentation settings and presentation records.

            Page Region Approximate Size Presentation Player Behavior
            Top-left or bottom-left corner 170 px wide

            The icon that opens the player menu overlaps content in this corner.

            When drawing tools are enabled, the paintbrush icon to open the drawing tools canvas can also appear in this area.
            Bottom of the page 6% of player height When your Salesforce admin turns off the menu icon, users open the player menu by tapping or clicking the bottom of the page.
            Left or right sides, full height 6% of player width When your Salesforce admin turns on feedback capture on this side of the page, taps or clicks record reactions instead of interacting with your content.
            Left and right sides, middle height 5–15% from each edge Previous and next page arrows appear here.
            Bottom of the page 300 px tall When the player menu is open, it covers your content in this area.
