Best practices voor het verzenden van presentaties in e-mailberichten
Volg deze richtlijnen wanneer u bronbestanden voor presentaties maakt om e-mailberichten te verzenden in Life Sciences Customer Engagement.
Vereiste editions

Beschikbaar in: Enterprise en Unlimited Edition met Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud voor Customer Engagement Add-on-licentie en het beheerde pakket Life Sciences Customer Engagement.
Neem in ZIP-bronbestanden voor presentaties ook een PDF-bestand van de presentatie op. Het PDF-bestand wordt als e-mailbijlage verzonden.
Als u het pagina- of presentatiebestand verplicht wilt maken, voegt u het required__ toe aan de bestandsnaam in het e-mailsjabloon-zipbestand. Als de presentatie is gemarkeerd als verplicht, kunnen gebruikers de selectie van de bijlage niet opheffen wanneer ze een e-mailbericht verzenden dat de sjabloon gebruikt.
Wanneer een beheerder een PDF- of ZIP-bestand uploadt, worden de bestanden geüpload naar Salesforce. Wanneer het PDF-bestand kleiner is dan 3 MB, wordt het standaard bijgevoegd bij de presentatiepaginarecord. Voor bestanden die groter zijn dan 3 MB, voegt u het PDF-bestand handmatig toe aan de bestanden van de presentatiepagina.
