Users need quick access to product guidance, such as messages and objectives, to educate healthcare providers and share specific and accurate information about products they’re discussing.
In the pharma industry, for example, messages include information about the safety, efficacy, dosage limits, success rate, and side effects of a drug, shared with the provider so that they can make informed choices.
Objectives are specific, product-related goals that a user aims to achieve during customer engagement. These objectives align with broader business goals and are tailored to the customer’s current level of engagement, product adoption, and information needs.
