Configure a Custom Action to open an external app from the Account record page without switching apps.

App Actions open external apps installed on the Life Sciences Cloud mobile app device using a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI). Common examples include:
slack://open. Opens Slackcalshow://. Opens iOS Calendarphotos-redirect://. Opens iOS Photoscontacts://. Opens iOS Contactsmobilenotes://. Opens iOS Notestel://phonenumber. Opens iOS Phone
- From Setup, open Object Manager, select Account, click Buttons, Links, and Actions, and click New Action.
