Configure Video Call Settings with Twilio
To support remote sessions with Twilio, configure video call settings in the Admin Console. These settings help you define and manage specific details about how your users access and interact with remote sessions.

- From the App Launcher, find and select Life Sciences Commercial, and then select Admin Console.
- Select Remote Engagement, and then select Twilio Settings.

Set the remote visit settings.
Field Value Remote Visit Channel Select the channel that you created for remote sessions. Video Call Link Enter the URL of the Experience Cloud site page for accessing video calls. See Create an Experience Cloud Site for Remote Engagement. Customer Video Call Link If needed, enter a link to your organization's general video call scheduling location. -
Configure the settings for meeting invitations and messaging to meet your business
needs.
- Send invitations with WhatsApp: The host can send invitations through their WhatsApp account from the remote player.
- Don’t send invitations for ad-hoc visits: Prevent sending invitations for spontaneous, ad hoc visits.
- Don’t send invitations for past visits: Prevent sending invitations for visits scheduled in the past.

Configure the settings for the video call experience based on your business needs.
Note You can set these attendee settings only at the org level or guest user profile level.- Attendees can share their screens
- Hosts can record video calls
- Attendees’ microphone on by default: Automatically turn on attendees' microphones when they join remote sessions.
- Attendees’ cameras on by default: Automatically turn on attendees' cameras when they join remote sessions.
- Use unsupported browsers: Unsupported browsers can still join remote sessions.

Configure the settings to capture signatures or consent from attendees during the
session.
If needed, set up confirmation emails to send personalized follow-ups after capturing consent preferences or signatures from attendees.
- Remote signatures: Hosts can trigger remote requests during the session to capture signatures for direct-to-practitioner products, samples, or product discussions.
- Remote consent: Capture consent remotely during video calls. See Set Up Remote Signatures.
- Save the video call settings.
