範例庫存管理的先決條件

權限集

• 若要讓範例庫存管理員設定必要的範例庫存資料,請指派「生命科學商業管理員」權限集。
• 若要協助使用者建立庫存計數評估和庫存作業,並確認收到的樣品,請指派「Field Sales Representative」權限集和 Health Cloud Starter 權限集。
• 若要要求並執行庫存稽核,請複製「生命科學商業」權限集。將「執行庫存計數評估」記錄稽核的使用者權限指派給身為稽核員的使用者。將多個「庫存計數評估」記錄的「要求稽核」使用者權限指派給要求稽核的使用者。

產品資料設定

• 建立「產品」記錄和「生命科學可銷售產品」記錄。確定您在「生命科學可銷售產品」記錄中選取「捨棄」或「捨棄並出貨」作為散佈方法。此動作可確保在造訪期間可看見範例產品。
• 將「生產批次」與「產品項目」相關清單新增至「產品」物件。
• 建立產品記錄類型。
• 建立產品記錄類型與產品規格類型的關聯。
• 為這些欄位建立選項清單值。
