The survey workflow begins by creating a survey that uses the Survey Builder and generating a survey invitation to create a distribution record for the survey. Next, you configure survey access and availability that use Survey Subject and Survey Engagement Context records. Finally, after capturing survey responses through supported entry points in the application, offline responses are synchronized to Salesforce standard objects for reporting and analysis.
