            Sync Survey Responses to Salesforce Objects

            Sync survey responses to Salesforce objects by creating a schedule-triggered flow.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
            User Permissions Needed
            To create a flow: Life Sciences Commercial Admin
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Flows.
            2. Click New.
            3. On the New Automation page, click Scheduled Automations, and then click Schedule-Triggered Flow.
              This job synchronizes survey responses submitted from a mobile device with your core Salesforce objects.
            4. Select the start date and frequency.
            5. In Flow Builder, add an Action element to trigger the batch job.
              1. In the Search Actions search box, find and select Lsc4ce_surveys__Fetch_Survey_Response_Offline_Batch_Job of Sync Survey Response Offline Records batch job.
              2. Enter a label, an API name, and an optional description.
              3. Click Save, and name the flow.
            6. Click Activate.
            7. To test the flow, click Debug, and then click Run.

            After the flow runs, verify that the synchronization was successful.

            • Verify that SurveyResponse and SurveyQuestionResponse records are created.
            • Verify that the status of the SurveyResponseOffline record is CompletedAndMigrated.
