Synchronizing Offline Responses

Understand how offline survey responses submitted from a mobile device synchronize with core Salesforce objects.

When a user submits a survey from a mobile device, the responses are stored in the Survey Response Offline and the Survey Question Response Offline objects. The Sync Survey Response Offline Records batch job syncs the records with the Survey Response and Survey Question Responses objects. This sync makes sure that the data is accessible for reporting and analysis. The job syncs 50 records at a time.
