After you activate a survey, you can’t edit it. Instead, to modify a survey, create a version.

User Permissions Needed
To edit Surveys:
Life Sciences Commercial Admin
From the App Launcher, open Surveys.
In the Surveys list view, locate the survey.
From the survey’s dropdown menu, select Open Latest Version.
Select Create a version.
Edit the new survey version, and then activate it.
