          Sync Visit Expenses to Concur

          Synchronize visit expenses to SAP Concur by linking them to an expense report. New and existing records sync automatically after they are associated with an expense report.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.

          Before linking visit expenses to concur, ensure that expense type records are created

          Create an Expense Report

          Create an expense report so you can associate it with visit expenses. Your admin can also create expense reports on your behalf and transfer ownership to you before syncing.

          Note
          Note Linking expenses to a report is required to automatically sync the records with SAP Concur.
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Expense Reports.
          2. Click New.
            1. Enter a name and description for the expense report.
            2. Save your changes.
