每天在管理员控制台中查看事务队列，以确保没有事务处于“新建”状态超过一天。如果用户的事务长时间处于“新建”状态，请联系用户，并通过从 Life Sciences Cloud 移动应用程序的齿轮图标中选择同步数据库，指示他们执行完全手动同步。
错误处理
事务失败需要彻底的错误分析。常见原因包括记录锁定、处理超时、堆大小异常和 CPU 时间限制异常。这些问题通常由于高负载或非批量化代码而达到调控器限制。验证规则可能会导致其他错误。数据库验证规则不同于 UI 逻辑，并包含字段级唯一性或非空约束。当事务遇到错误并仍待处理时，所有后续事务都将处于“新建”状态。
