            Configure Working Days Calculation for Activity Plans

            Define how working days are calculated for activity plans based on business hours, holidays, and Time Off Territory (TOT) events. These org-level settings define how TOT types are used for the working days calculation and ensure that they are included in the batch job used for recalculating working days.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
            User Permissions Needed
            To manage time off territory settings: Life Sciences Commercial Admin permission set
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Admin Console.
            2. Select Time Off Territory and then select Working Days Settings For Activity Plans.
            3. Configure the batch job settings.
              1. For Hours Per Workday, enter the number of daily working hours used to calculate working days.
              2. For Working Day, enter the TOT types to be considered as working hours. These hours aren’t subtracted during working day calculations. You can enter multiple values separated by semicolons. For example, Training; Civic Activity.
            4. Save your changes.
            Note
            Note The Activity Plan Cycles Per Batch field isn’t currently used and doesn’t affect the working day calculations.
