            Add Actions with Dynamic Actions

            Use Dynamic Actions to add actions to the Visit record page so users see only the actions that are relevant to the current visit status and device.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
            User Permissions Needed
            To edit Lightning Record Pages: Life Sciences Commercial Admin
            1. Verify that dynamic actions are on. From the Admin Console, select Mobile, then select Application Settings, and verify that Enable Dynamic Actions is selected.
            2. In Setup, find and select Object Manager.
            3. Click Visit, and then go to the Lightning record pages section and select the Visit Record Page.
            4. Click Edit.
            5. Drag the Highlights Panel component or Action Bar to the page.
            6. Click Add Action, search for the actions you want to add, and add them to the bar.
            7. Configure Unlock Visibility.
              1. Select the Unlock action.
              2. In Set Component Visibility, add a filter to make sure that the action only appears for submitted parent visits: Status Equal 'Completed' AND Parent Visit Equal 'Empty'
            8. Configure GoTo Custom Actions visibility. See Hide GoTo Actions.
            9. Click Save, and then click Activation to activate the page.
