When a user adds an attendee, Salesforce creates a child visit record linked to the parent visit. The Attendees sidebar provides suggestions based on shared addresses and account affiliations. The sidebar shows a maximum of 5 healthcare organization or healthcare professional accounts that have the same address as the visit's location under Same Address. The sidebar also shows a maximum of 5 accounts that are affiliated with the primary account under Affiliation.
When a user searches for attendees, the Accounts at This Address and Affiliated Accounts filters are available by default. The Accounts at This Address filter shows all the accounts that have the same address as the visit's location. The Affiliated Accounts filter shows all the accounts that are affiliated with the primary account.
