          Configure the Visit Management Admin Console

          To configure what information fields users can see and how they can interact with and manage visit records, use the Admin Console.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
          User Permissions Needed
          To manage visit settings: Life Sciences Commercial Admin permission set
          • Use the Admin Console to customize the visit user experience at the org, user profile, or individual user level. See Configure Visit Settings.
          • Activate the trigger handlers that ensure data integrity, locking, and synchronization for the Web-based app. See Activate Trigger Handlers.
          • Schedule a job to make sure that the territory information in the Next Visit and Last Visit fields of account profiles is always current. See Schedule Visit Jobs.

          After configuring the Admin Console, generate the metadata cache to sync changes between the dektop site and mobile app. See Generate Metadata Cache

          • Configure Visit Settings

          • Activate Trigger Handlers
            Activate the trigger handlers that ensure data integrity, locking, and synchronization for the Web-based app.
          • Schedule Visit Jobs
