            Capture Medical Inquiries

            Configure medical inquiries so field reps can capture and submit unsolicited, off-label questions or requests for medical information during a visit.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
            User Permissions Needed
            Modify objects, page layouts, and Lightning record pages: Customize Application
            1. From Setup, in Object Manager, select Person Account or Account.
            2. Select Page Layouts or Lightning Record Pages and edit the layout assigned to your field users.
            3. Drag the Inquiry action into the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section.

            In the mobile app, the feature is available from the Floating Action Button. In the desktop site, it's available from the Actions Menu on the Visit Engagement page or Visit Record page.
