          Configure Assessment Tasks for Key Account Managers

          Configure assessment tasks so key account managers (KAMs) can track and update strategic initiatives linked to action plans from the visit record page.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
          User Permissions Needed
          Modify the Visit record page and configure the Related List - Life Sciences component: Customize Application
          Access the Admin Console to generate the metadata cache: Life Sciences Commercial Admin
          1. From Setup, in Lightning App Builder, edit the Visit record page.
          2. Drag the Related List - Life Sciences component onto the page.
          3. In the component properties pane, configure these settings:
            • Object API Name: AssessmentTask
            • Field Set API Name: lsc4ce__RelatedList lsc4ce__AssessmentTaskListView
            • Label API Name: Assessment Tasks
            • Icon: standard:task
            • Action Handler API Name: AssessmentTaskActionsHandler
            • Where Clause:
              AssignedToId = '{userId}' AND Status != 'Completed' AND ReferenceRecord.Type IN ('ActionPlan') AND PartyReferenceRecordId IN (SELECT AccountId FROM Visit WHERE Id = '{recordId}')
            • Show record count: Selected
          4. Generate the metadata cache. See Generate Metadata Cache.
