Configure Actionable List View, also known as Quick Visit, so field reps can perform
routine tasks from a list view. Streamline mobile workflows with card-based lists and embedded
quick actions to perform tasks.
Required Editions

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life
Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the
Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
User Permissions Needed
To manage visit settings:
Life Sciences Commercial Admin permission set
From Setup, click App Manager.
Edit your mobile app and ensure the Visits tab is added to Navigation Items.
Create or edit a Visit list view.
The first five columns map to the mobile card layout. Row 1 shows the first column. Row 2
shows the second column. Row 3 shows the third, fourth, and fifth columns.
From the App Launcher, find and select Life Sciences Commercial, and then click Admin Console | Quick and Custom Action Administration | Custom Actions.
Click New.
For Action Target, select GoTo.
For Target Parameters, enter the API name of the related list for the specific sidebar menu.
If you leave this field blank, the action opens the Visit Engagement page without jumping to a specific section.
For Quick Action, enter a unique API name and copy the name.
From the object management settings for visits, go to Buttons, Links, and Actions.
Click New Action.
For Action Type, select Lightning Component.
For Name, paste the exact Quick Action name.
Add the new action to the Visit page layout or Lightning record page.
From the App Launcher, find and select Life Sciences Commercial, and then click Admin Console | Mobile Management | Metadata Cache.
Click Generate Metadata Cache.
